It takes 3-7 business day to shipped.

TERMS and CONDITIONS POLICY

1.ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You as a consumer assume full responsibility for your purchase and there are no refunds, returns (exchanges) or discounts. It should be noted that our products are for personal hygiene, so once the product is in your hands, it cannot be returned or discounted if you are not satisfied.

 

2. Shipping errors: If you receive an order where it is not complete or you receive a product by mistake, Bella Touch Skin Care will be responsible for shipping and correcting the error.

 

3. Address errors: If the address is written by mistake, you can contact us at bellatouchsc@gmail.com or send us a Direct Message on Instagram to fix your address. If no contact has been made, Bella Touch Skin Care is NOT responsible for addresses that are misspelled or do not exist. The order will arrive at the Bella Touch Skin Care facilities and the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

 

4. Lost orders: Bella Touch Skin Care and Bellatouchskincare.com is NOT responsible for lost packages once they are delivered to the post office. Bella Touch Skin Care makes sure that everything is in its respective order and quality while it is in its facilities, however, once you are in the hands of the mail (USPS), we are not responsible for its handling since we do not have control of them .  Bella Touch Skin Care offers you the "tracking number" and with that tracking number, you must go to the post office and demand its location.

 

5. Broken packages:  Bella Touch Skin Care and bellatouchskincare.com is NOT responsible for broken packages once they are delivered to the post office. Bella Touch Skin Care makes sure that everything is in its respective order and quality while it is in its facilities, however, once you are in the hands of the mail (USPS), we are not responsible for its handling since we do not have control of them.
